"You think that this man from Galilee is the answer to the predictions made hundreds of years ago?" you ask skeptically.

"Oh yes," he replies with enthusiasm, "I'm sure of it. The Baptist's disciples came to Jesus once and asked if he really were the Messiah. Jesus reminded them that he was doing the very things that the prophet Isaiah prophesied the Messiah would do. But there are a number of prophecies that I don't understand. For example, I'm just not sure what Isaiah meant when he said that the Messiah would be like a lamb led to slaughter. Maybe tomorrow I can ask Jesus."
